TUGAY is back in Rovers' squad for Monday night's crucial Premiership clash with Everton at Ewood Park.

After further discussions between Rovers' officials and the Turkish FA, the midfielder has been granted clearance to play.

The Turkish FA, with whom Rovers have forged great relations in recent years, have agreed that Tugay can arrive a day later for build-up to the Euro 2004 play-off international against Latvia tomorrow week.

"We have continued to talk with the Turkish FA and are very pleased with the outcome," said Ewood secretary Tom Finn this afternoon.

"Tugay will now fly out on Tuesday morning to team up with the Turkey squad."
