ROVERS' under 21 duo Matt Derbyshire and Eddie Nolan were both involved for their respective countries last night with both England and Ireland drawing.

At Molineux, Matt Derbyshire was a second half substitute as Stuart Pearce's England under 21 side drew 0-0 with Poland. Derbyshire played the last 25 minutes in a game of few goalscoring chances for either side.

In Galway, the Republic of Ireland under 21 side continued their disappointing form in the UEFA Under 21 Championships with a 1-1 draw against Montenegro.

After a goalless first half the visitors took the lead on 65 minutes, but the home side weren't behind long, Andy Keogh levelling for Don Givens side.

Rovers defender Eddie Nolan played the full ninety minutes at right-back, earning his eighth cap at that level.
