Blackburn Rovers accepts the importance of embedding the principles of diversity and social inclusion throughout the work of the Club, removing barriers and increasing knowledge and respect between communities.

Racial equality and community cohesion sits at the heart of our strategic planning and our plans reflect consultation responses received since the inception of our work in this area. We have engaged and involved key stakeholders, including minority ethnic communities, staff and partner agencies to ensure their views are reflected in our policy and its development and fully intend to continue this process of involvement. Our diversity strategy and subsequent reviews and action plans will be shown on this site as appropriate to the relevant timescale.
